At Resident Home Association, our residential services are at the core of our agency. Our services are provided in homes in many neighborhoods in the Dayton community. Our homes are clean, comfortable, updated and safe. They look and feel just like every other home in your community.
Medication Administration
Each Direct Support Professional is trained and certified to pass medications to individuals who require medications throughout their day.
Community Integration
We know that life happens in the home as well as outside the four walls of a home. We work hard to provide experiences for those we serve.
Individualized Care
Whether your loved one requires 24/7 care or drop-in services, we are there for you. Each person is cared for as a unique, valuable human being.
Life Skills Training
We want each person to live as independently as possible. So we go the extra mile to teach life skills, home management skills and more in order to provide the greatest amount of independence.
Transportation
Each home is provided with a safe, clean, and reliable vehicle so that individuals can get to fun activities, doctor’s appointments and more.

Our Homes
Resident Home Association has been serving individuals with developmental disabilities since 1966. We are committed to providing quality supports and services in a safe environment. The staff at RHA understands the needs of each individual and the families that care about them. We offer clean, comfortable and well-maintained homes that are handicapped accessible in quiet and safe neighborhoods.
Our homes offer bathrooms with curb-less showers that are easy to access. Kitchens that are easy to navigate. Family style living and dining, like every other home in their community. Our homes offer covered outdoor living spaces and are equipped with grilling areas.
Each home is equipped with a vehicle that meets the needs of the individuals that live there, offering community access to a variety of activities. Our homes are in neighborhoods in close proximity to parks and recreation areas.
RHA is prepared for times of crisis. Each home is equipped with a whole house generator so that the individuals that live there are not displaced due to a crisis.
RHA believes that each house is a home. A home dedicated to excellence by empowering lives with compassionate care.
Drop-In Services
We offer an array of services based on the needs of each individual. Each life is unique, and every service is unique. Sometimes the only thing that is needed is for us to drop-in to make sure everything is going great in the person’s life. We are there to make sure the home is taken care of, medications are being taken, and any goals are being reached.
