Families looking for independence for their adult child have different needs—but we share a desire for supportive, compassionate services that are person-centered and based in the community.
We meet you where you are.
That means providing a range of options, from residential services to adult day programming. Your family member can use our transportation services to our activities—and you can take advantage of overnight respite while your adult child stays in an RHA residence. Our lifelong homes provide the services and supports to help individuals live as independently as possible.
A legacy of family support.
We are rooted in advocacy, and our founders designed RHA with the services and supports they wanted for their own adult children. We were the first nonprofit agency in Montgomery County to provide residential services for people with developmental disabilities.
